Here's a fun clip from Wally's travels to his birthplace, Belgium, from around 2007 while on tour with The Basics.Those were the days when he could ride a bike down the street and not be recognized as anything other than an ordinary chap. Not likely the case anymore.

One of the lyrics that stands out the most in "Somebody That I Used To Know" is "You can be addicted to a certain kind of sadness..." What have been some meaningful periods of sadness in your life?

I feel like one extended period was while I was making this record! I felt like there were a lot of days where I just really wondered if I might have depression and it made me question whether independently working on making an album was a valiant pursuit, something that I should be doing, or if I was good enough to do it.
